About the Project

The Lead Enrichment System is a tool that supports sales teams by automatically enriching data in the CRM system. Often, data entered by salespeople is incomplete -- missing phone numbers, job titles, or company revenue information. This system solves that problem.

Using AI (Perplexity, GPT-4) and specialized databases, the system automatically searches for missing information online and updates CRM records. This gives salespeople a complete picture of the customer before making the first contact.

How It Works

The system monitors new records in the CRM. When a new lead appears, it triggers a research process: checking the company website, LinkedIn profile, and business registries. Collected data is analyzed, standardized, and saved in the appropriate CRM fields.
