
About the Project
The "Note Taker + Add-ons" system is an advanced solution that automates the processing of business meeting notes. It integrates the Fireflies transcription tool with the Airtable database, creating a central knowledge repository from conversations.
The main goal of the project was to eliminate manual note-taking and provide easy access to key information from every meeting. The system automatically retrieves transcriptions, analyzes them using AI models (Claude 3.5 Sonnet, GPT-4o), and extracts the most important conclusions, tasks, and decisions.
How It Works
- Recording & Transcription: Fireflies automatically joins meetings and creates a transcription.
- Synchronization: Make (formerly Integromat) retrieves data and transfers it to Airtable.
- AI Analysis: Using OpenAI and Anthropic APIs, the system analyzes conversation content against defined criteria (e.g., budget, deadlines, risks).
- Distribution: Summaries are automatically sent to the appropriate people or systems (e.g., Slack, CRM).
