About the Project

The HRM System is a dedicated solution built on no-code tools (Airtable, Make) for managing HR processes in small and medium-sized companies. It replaces complex spreadsheets and expensive ERP systems, offering flexibility and ease of use.

The system allows employees to submit leave requests through a simple form, automates the approval process by supervisors, and updates the team availability calendar. It also handles sick leave and other absences.
