About the Project

Frontdesk AI is an intelligent email assistant that takes over the role of first-line support. The system monitors the inbox, analyzes the content of each message, and takes appropriate actions: from categorization, through automatic responses, to creating tasks in external systems.

Thanks to AI, the system understands message context, can distinguish an invoice from a quote request or a complaint, and route the matter to the appropriate department.
