About Me
Your Tech Guide
Hi! I'm Paweł, a business process optimization expert and automation specialist. As a Technical Lead at Tigers/Automation House, I help companies with digital transformation through intelligent technology selection and implementation of no-code and AI solutions.
My IT journey started in 2008 with .NET and SQL Server programming. Over the years, I developed medical systems, served as CTO at the ShareFund startup, and managed IT projects. Today, I combine programming experience with modern automation tools, creating systems that truly solve business problems.
I'm a technology agnostic - I match tools to the problem, not the problem to tools. I use Make, n8n, Airtable, AI (OpenAI, Claude), Python, and many other technologies to deliver optimal solutions. I share knowledge through consulting, workshops, and technical articles.

Lead Generator
A system for automatic contact database generation based on Google Search, Apollo, and The Company API. Automatic lead generation for specified parameters, rapid contact base building, and automatic data verification.
Context-based Chatbot
An intelligent chatbot/voicebot for website and messenger communication using AI for contextual conversations. The system understands user intent, conducts natural conversations about offerings, and can perform automated actions.
Systems Integration - PHU Impex
A comprehensive data synchronization system between SQL Server, Airtable, and BigQuery. Enables convenient processing of financial and accounting data in a modern interface, on-demand and automatic synchronization, and BI analytics preparation.
Frontdesk AI
A system for automatic processing and categorization of incoming email. Analyzes email messages, classifies them by category, automatically responds to common questions, and routes them to the appropriate people.
Document Automation
Comprehensive systems for document processing, generation, and workflow. Automatic generation of contracts, project documentation, integration with Autenti electronic signature. Case studies: Energocentrum (photovoltaics), Manufaktura Przygody (school trips).
HRM System
A comprehensive Human Resources management system covering leave management, sick leave, and employee availability. HR process automation, request system, and automatic notifications.
Lead Enrichment
An automatic system for supplementing and enriching contact data in CRM. Retrieves additional information about companies, decision-makers, and business contacts from various sources, and updates CRM data.
Surveys & Satisfaction Research
A system for automatic handling of surveys and customer/employee satisfaction research. Automatic distribution at key customer journey moments, response collection, AI-powered results analysis, and report generation.
